You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts can be closed and their bonuses cancelled.

Register with your real name, address and date of birth. The details must match the documents you send us when we ask for them.

Keep your login details private. Activity made with your password counts as yours.

We may ask for proof of identity, address or payment method before a withdrawal, and we can pause payments until the check is complete.

Balances are kept in Australian dollars. The cashier shows the payment methods available to you, together with the limits and processing time of each.

A withdrawal goes back through a method you are entitled to use. Requests may be held while a bonus is active or a check is open.

Every offer has its own terms: the amount, the wagering requirement, the time limit and any maximum bet. They are listed on the offer page.

An active bonus normally has to be wagered or cancelled before you withdraw. Breaking bonus rules can cancel the bonus and the winnings made with it.

You can ask support to close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, false details or play from a place where our terms do not allow it.

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of each page shows when the site was last updated.
